Now onto the part of the post that corresponds to the title: I was planning on spending the day relaxing outside with Boo. The weather was beautiful until it wasn't. All of a sudden it got cold and a huge grey cloud rolled in. Plan ruiner, that cloud. Oh well, gave me some time to catch up on your blogs (which I completely love doing!)

I finally just did some shopping for my mama over at Barnes and Noble. It's easy to go in there and buy things for other people.. it's hard to go in there and not buy things for yourself. Well, at least I think so. I couldn't control myself, I bought an art magazine. Sorry.


In other news, I got a little blog award from Miss A, from "Your Key to My Heart" (thank you, you are so sweet!) this morning, so that is what I will work on now!  Also, Sarah, from "Just Take a Bow," gave me an award some time ago, (thank you!) but I was silly busy at the time, so I did not get to participate. 1. I am pretty much always hungry
2. Every night before I go to sleep I check my closet to make sure no one is hiding in there

6. I'd rather buy cameras than clothing.. although I love clothing
7. I'm an airline snob and will only fly JetBlue (unless JB doesn't go where I'm going)
8. I quit my full-time 9-5 job to be an artist
9. I love watching golf and have it on right now
10. I'm addicted to Snapple.. pretty much any flavor will do

    Haha! I can never go into Barnes and Nobles and not start coveting (and purchasing) either...there is nothing more magical then opening up a brand new book or magazine and losing yourself into another world...okay, okay...I'm getting a bit carried away, but yeah. It's an awesome place.

    By the way...2# made me laugh, cause sometimes I do the same:D lol!

    i can bet that i probably eat more chocolate a day than you do. working in a chocolate shop will do that to you, hahahaah.

    That sucks about the weather...but that photo is awesome! And yes (in reply to your comment) I am so so so so so excited for India. I've in Udaipur for 3 months teaching english and then traveling all over!

    and congratulations on the two awards!! I also feel the same about B&N...I'm a huggeeee book nerd and ADORE fiction and non-fiction(biography,memoir types). It's nice to treat yourself to something every once in awhile. We don't have a BN here so when I go it's a big event xD

    Barnes and Noble is my weak spot too. My discount membership just expired there and I forgot to renew it so hopefully that will deter me from any big purchases.

    Also, those pictures of the sky are crazy cool.
