It's pouring here in New York. It's so gloomy that it's hard to believe a place so sunny and beautiful really exists. Thank goodness for photographs, otherwise I would be sure I imagined the entire experience that was Yosemite.

I want to go back to Yosemite really badly. I can see it becoming one of those places I go back to over and over. I envy the people that live right outside the park entrances. I would buy a yearly pass for sure. Even San Francisco isn't too far. I'd happily live there and drive to Yosemite every weekend. Now if I could just transport everything I like about New York and the east coast out west...

    We've just headed into Spring and it's raining here too. We've had glimpses of finer weather though which is exciting!

    These photos are lovely, especially the fifth one. Makes me want to get outside and be surrounded by trees.

    This makes me wish that I would have taken my film camera with me to Yosemite. However, that, plus my Nikon D3000 would have been so cumbersome! That just means I'll have to go back there :)

    i'm looking forward to living about three hours away from yosemit next year; i'm glad to hear that i'm going to love it! i thought that i would. we hit up sequoia last time i was out there and that was impressive. so was death valley. and joshua tree. california is amazing!

    I love these instax pics! I'm just getting the hang of mine. It's hard adjusting to the frame. The other day I tried to shoot a picture of a pie and left some of it out on accident!
