I did not play my guitar today. I thought about it. I even held it for a while, but I did not play.

It was just one of those days. I held some art supplies as well.. thought about using them, but just couldn't quite focus.

I've been an artist long enough to know that sometimes it just can't be forced and these days happen. Unfortunately, knowing that doesn't make me feel any less aggravated.

In the midst of my bad mood, Matt called just to chat and make plans for tomorrow night and now I feel entirely better. I think I might even add something new to my sketchbook before I go to sleep. I love him.

    It's good to know that you can't force a creative day. I always feel a bit lost on those days. (Except recently. I've been hooked on Kongregate games.)

    I hate these kinds of days. I've had about three in a row, which isn't helping my assignments at all.

    sometimes i sit at my desk itching to make something, and it just dosent happen even when ive spent about a week yearning to sit and make something!!

    i definitely have days like this, where i talk myself into doing something but end up talking myself out. like right now. when i should be job hunting. i have all the tabs open on who to call / email...probably won't do it today. just one of those days..

    I know these days well! I've been so uninspired lately, I haven't drawn anything apart from doodles on the edge of a shopping list. I'm hoping we will both have lots of inspiration to create pretty things soon ♥
