writing with light and slicing fruit

8.22.2011

Matt and I drove back from Connecticut yesterday after a really fun weekend. I was so happy to see some friends I rarely get to see or haven't seen in years (how does that happen?)

We spent a lot of time catching up and laughing about the crazy things that happened during college. We also spent a really good amount of time playing with light in the form of sparklers and cell phones. Well, the girls did.. the boys joined us for this cell phone light masterpiece:

I think we have to get together for every season so we can announce it with our cell phones. It just seems necessary.

I would have put this post together a lot faster if it weren't for "ninja fruit." Cait introduced us to "ninja fruit" for iphone and droid this weekend and almost all of us  are now completely glued to it. It's either "ninja fruit" or words with friends.
Download "ninja fruit." Do it.

  4. That first "summer2011" picture is so clever. I wouldn't have thought about using cell phones as a photo light source. (I'll be putting that idea in my bag of tricks)
