the atlantic in november

Today Boo and I went to the beach. The air was cold, but the sun was warm and bright. We crossed draw bridges, played fetch, and laid in the sand. When my body adjusted to the crisp air I took my shoes off and ran through the surf. Boo followed, of course.

The Atlantic is not frozen in November. It still holds the warmth from the summer.

The pavement in the parking lot on the other hand- that was cold on my bare feet.

    The water was not cold? WOW! I'm so jealous that you can just pop over to the beach. There is something so magical about a beach in the fall/winter isn't there?
