Snow in October

10.29.2011

Ok, you got me. It doesn't look quite like this, but that's because this photo is from a few January's ago.. a month that is supposed to look like a winter wonderland.

Where the heck am I right now.. Rochester, NY? Last time I checked I was on long island, but apparently the weather doesn't know that. It's not supposed to snow here in October. The grass outside is actually turning white.

I guess I don't really mind, but I'd rather it not snow if possible. Christmas eve snow- that would be nice. Maybe Christmas day as well, but come December 26th it should be spring.

    I COMPLETELY AGREE!! We've been reallllly lucky that it only snowed that one day so far. But I'm sure that we'll be getting more snow soon. Boooo.

    WOW!!!! oh, it's January, ok :-) It is a little snowy here in Moscow now, but it doesnt stay on the ground yet..

    I was not expecting it to stick at all, but we ended up with over 3 inches already. Crazy times!!!

    I heard it was snowing in the NY area, but I didn't know it was this much! I like snow but October is a tad early! :) Here in Uk it has been weirdly warm instead, it sure doesn't feel like it's almost november...

    I'd pay some serious cash for some snow round here! Seriously.. Wearing shorts and sandals in December is not my idea of fun.. Lets swap climates!
