The clock is ticking, oh yes it is! Let's consider this my official announcement that I will be launching a new jewelry line in my Etsy Shop on Tuesday, April 19th! 

The inspiration for my new line came from these 3 pieces below (from my shop.) The line will be called "of the earth // of the sky."

I'm really excited to come out with my first thought out product line. I'm very proud of what I've created so far, but I must admit I didn't think too much about how all the pieces fit together to form a cohesive line. Some of them just don't! That doesn't mean I love them any less or worked any less hard on them. I was just new at owning a shop and it took some time for me to realize what direction I wanted to go in.

Before I opened my shop on Etsy I was working on various art projects to feature on my old art blog. In about 10 months,  I completed 100 projects from acrylic paintings and tiny sketches to portraits, mixed media collages, and hand thrown pottery. I think that way of producing art is what helped to mold my current shop. I had no outline it was just "go!" It was fun, but I'm ready for some organization!

That's probably funny for people who know me to read. I am extremely unorganized. 

Let me switch gears real quick.. today (yesterday, March 3rd) is Boo's 3rd Birthday! I love Boo so very much. Happy Birthday Baby Boo!

    That's very exciting news! I can't wait to see your new pieces, especially seeing as your current stuff is already so gorgeous.

    P.S. I find your passion for art infectious and often visit your blog as it gives me a little inspiration surge to get on with whatever creative project I'm dawdling on at the time - so a big thanks for that! ;D

    very cool! i'm excited to see! and also pleased that my organization skills are rubbing off on you bwahahhaha... also, is boo laying all over the footprints blanket because i like to use that when i come home. grrrr. oh well i guess it's his bday.
